The “ DEVPUMPS ” / “ DEV ” ‘s RGP / HGP Series Positive Displacement Rotary External Gear Pumps are most efficient and economic range with variety of materials for transferring of oils & viscous liquid, which has special features like Simple & compact in design, Low Noise Level, High in Efficiency and Easy to maintain. It has two piece construction with pump body and cover. The Pump’s element is a pair of single helical modified profile alloy steel gears , which is shrink fitted on carbon steel harden and ground shaft. And it is supported on either side by self lubricated, oil impregnate, sintered bronze bush bearing , which ensures longer life and smooth performance of pumps. The shaft sealing is by Neoprene Rubber oil seal , which ensures leak proof working than gland packing design. The in – built pressure relief vale design gives safety against overloading of electric motor and release excess pressure . This pumps are available in different sizes and capacity with maximum working pressure 10 Kg/cm2 from 2.5 LPM to 500 LPM with ¼” to 3” sizes. |
The flange mounting type pump is suitable for mounting on any equipment or machine. The company is also provide right angle L-type mounting bracket in different frame size to make it foot type pump. By this during the maintenance period you can easily dismantle the pump without disturbing the alignment with motor , which is the main advantage of flange type gear pump . |
The “ DEVPUMPS ” / “ DEV ” ‘s RGP / HGP -series foot mounted design gear pumps are ideal for handling of all types of Oils & Viscous liquids like All Fuel Oils like Light Diesel Oil ( LDO ), Furnace Oil ( FO ), LSHS, High Speed Diesel ( HSD ), Diesel , Mineral Oils, Lubricating Oils, Fish and Animal Oils, Vegetable Oils, Tar, Asphalts, Sugar Syrups, Molasses, Starch, Soaps, Silicate, Wood Pulp, Glycol, Glycerin, Honey, Inks, Colors & Paints, Resins, Kerosene, Varnishes and viscous chemicals etc. in all types of industries for intermittent duty. |
The CGX –series flange mounted rotary gear pumps are used for general purpose application to pumping all above oils and viscous liquids. It is ideally suitable to OEM for standardisation on their equipments or machine, such as centralised lubrication system, Pumping & heating units, oil filteration, oil cleaning and cooling systems, Transformer and Hydraulic oil cleaning systems etc. for continuous duty application. |
The CGXM- Series Flange / Bracket mount pumps are coupled with Foot cum face mounted electric motor with the help of adaptor to design Mono-block type for compactness and to avoid frequent allienment problems. Above pumps are also supplied with standard make electric motor also. |

| The “ DEVPUMPS “ / “ DEV “ ‘s GP / DIRN / DIRB / DIMS -series Positive Displacement Double Helical ( Herringbone ) External Gear Pumps are design in three piece construction with pump body, front cover and back cover with in-built pressure relief valve. The front cover ( stuffing box ) has extra deep to minimize the leakage. These pumps can supply with mechanical seal type arrangement for leak proof application on special request .The special double helical gears eliminates the axial thrust & prevents trapping of the liquid between the teeth, resulting in maximum pumping efficiency , smooth flow and quite operation. The pump has large diameter shaft , which eliminate shaft deflection problems and gives maximum bearing life. A special type of bush bearing arrangement is provided in these pumps. By this the replacement of the bushes is done very easily and quickly by the removing the end covers. So the wear and tear of the pump body and gears due to play in the bushes can be easily avoided by constant checking of the bushes and easy replacement. The pumps are also supplied with ball or needle roller bearings, if pumping liquid has lubricating property. In built pressure relief valve design does not allow to develop excessive pressure by the pump, if the discharge line is closed. The jacketed features are also available on special request. |

| The “ DEVPUMPS “ / “ DEV “ ‘s DIRN / DIRB / DIMS / DIRN / DIRNX series gear pumps are available in different sizes and capacity with max. working pressure 17 Kg/cm2 from 20 LPM to 2000 LPM with Sizes 15mm to 150mm ( 1” to 6” ) Flange End Suction and delivery connections as per ASA-150. |

| The “ DEVPUMPS “ / “ DEV “ ‘s DGP-SS series external gear pumps are self priming bi-directional positive displacement rotary pump in all stainless steel ( SS-304 / SS-316 / SS-316 L ) construction with dry lubricating PTFE coated Self Lubricated or Carbon Graphite or PTFE Bush Bearings. These pumps are easy cleanable , easy maintainable in design without pressure relief valve. The right angle mounting brackets facilitates foot mounting of the pump on base plate with electric motor. The shaft sealing is by special PTFE Graphite Gland or Mechanical Seal for leak proof working with higher temperature range. Above SS Gear Pumps are also used as Metering / Dosing application with constant and continuous flow. |

| The “ DEVPUMPS ” / “ DEV ” ‘s HVG Series Rotary External Gear Pumps are specially design for High Viscous non-corrosive liquids. The Pump has close grain cast iron body , covers & large cavity milling cut spur gears and MS shaft. The pump consist two gears having large cavity and its tooth profiles cut precisely by special type cutter. Which can able to pumped all types of high viscous liquid without any trouble. These gear pumps are also available with Jacketed features for handling Tar, Bitumen, Asphalts, Wax, Soaps, etc. liquids. |
The Special three port design Road Tanker or Fighter Rotary Gear Pumps are also available with us , which is easily mounted on Tanker, Truck , Tractor or any mobile vehicles and work with their drive engine. The pumps are available with different size from 1 ½” to 3” having capacity range up 500 LPM with different mounting arrangement like Side Suction Pulley drive or couple drive , Bottom Suction pulley or Couple drive. To obtain the longer life of pump it is advisable to run pump at speed less than 300rpm. |
